Young, dynamic and hardworking, Dr. Shilpa embodies all the necessary attributes of a new age Pathologist requires. She grew up in a home where pathology is a passion. Her father, Dr. Ram Kulkarni, a successful Pathologist himself, inspired her to take up Pathology as a profession. To set up her own lab is just the start of journey to achieve her dream of establish her family profession in Mumbai.Having worked first with Hinduja Hospital and later with a corporate lab for more than 5 years, she had an ample of experience with latest laboratory equipment and pathology techniques. She has undergone advanced training in histopathology and cytology at Hinduja Hospital and Research Center. With all the experience at her disposal, she has a vision to provide all pathology related services under one roof. Her goal is to develop MediCheck Lab and position it as the “Gold Standard” in laboratory services in Mumbai.

MediCheck lab is situated in Mulund West, Mumbai and caters to an ever growing population in Mulund, Bhandup as well as Thane. It is equiped with all the latest laboratory instruments and machines required to perform all the routine as well as advanced tests. It provides services in following areas of pathology:
