MediCheck Lab Sugar Card

Register for Sugar Card at an attractive price of 2000 rupees only and avail:

  • Blood sugar fasting and post lunch once a month for 1 whole year*
  • HbA1c (Glycosylated hemoglobin) once every 3 months for a whole year*
  • Discount of 25 % on blood sugar levels done any other time throughout the year

Conditions Applicable for Sugar Card:

  • Following offer is valid for one year at a time only. It starts on the day the first blood sugar investigation is done by the patient.
  • Offer does not include home visit charges; patients will have to pay extra for the home visit.
  • The blood tests will be done during routine working hours of the lab and reports will be given accordingly.
  • Only the person registered for the card is entitled to avail the offer. It is non transferable.
  • Offer can be modified or terminated at any time without any notice. However, patients already registered for the offer will be able to avail the benefits till their term ends.
  • We reserve the rights to select our patients.​​​​
