• The tests included in this offer are tests related to hematology, biochemistry, immunoassays and microbiology.
• The offer does not include highly specialized tests like PCR studies, histopathology, cytology, infectious markers etc. For detailed information, kindly contact the lab.
• Offer does not include home visit charges; patients will have to pay extra for the home visit.
• The blood tests will be done during routine working hours of the lab and reports will be given accordingly.
• Only the person registered for the card is entitled to avail the offer. It is non transferable.
• The offer can be modified or terminated at any time without any notice. However, patients already registered for the offer will be able to avail the benefits.
