Dr. Shilpa Deshpande’s MediCheck Lab is committed to providing a pathology service of the highest quality where our priority is o fulfill the needs and requirements of its users.In order to ensure that the needs and requirements of users are met:

  • We accept responsibility for the complete satisfaction of its customers.
  • We exercise this responsibility through adequate training of our employees, professionals and ethical commitment to patient care through quality examinations.
  • We ensure meeting and exceeding customer requirements and maintaining a company culture that fosters continuous improvement.

Our objective is:

  • To deliver error free services on time, every time.
  • Ensure the health, safety and welfare of all staff and visitors to the laboratory.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental legislation.
  • Ensure the assessment of user satisfaction, in addition to internal audit and external quality assessment (PT), in order to produce continuous quality improvement.
  • Ensure proper procurement and maintenance of lab equipment and other resources needed to provide error free services.
  • Ensure the Quality Policy is communicated, understood and implemented throughout the lab and is reviewed for suitability and effectiveness at annual management review.
